We are looking for a Junior Content Designer, who could be early in their career as a designer with graduate level education or equivalent experience. Under the guidance of more senior Creative team members, and in support of the marketing function, this person will execute a range of design activities from brand asset creation to social media content, display campaigns and campaign ideation.  We expect curiosity and a growth mindset, manifest in a hunger to learn and develop their skills. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Creative to support client work and contribute to the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Brand Development:

Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identities across various projects.

Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all 26 design assets.

 

  • Asset Creation for Social Media:

Design engaging and visually appealing graphics, and videos for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn). Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas and concepts for social media campaigns.

 

  • Display banner campaigns

Supporting with the creation of display banners for clients or internally.

Campaigns will need to be visually engaging with a focus on conversion, you will need the ability to batch create banners in multiple sizes and iterate with amends based off preliminary data.

 

 

  • PowerPoint Presentations and Office formats:

Create compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.

Transform complex ideas and data into visually digestible and impactful slides.

 

  • Website Design:

Support in the creation and maintenance of website design elements.

Work closely with the web development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

 

  • Supporting Head of Creative:

Collaborate with the Creative Director to bring client visions to life through creative design solutions. Assist in the preparation and presentation of design proposals to clients.

 

  • Campaign Ideation:

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for marketing campaigns for clients. Translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling designs and concepts.

 

  • AI powered:

Have an always on approach to how you can adopt Ai into your role, and in turn how we can adopt AI into our creative processes to enable quality, scale and efficiency.

 

WHAT WE NEED

Knowledge, technology and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects etc.).
  • Motion graphics skills are highly desirable (After effects, Premiere)
  • Basic knowledge of Figma would be a plus!
  • Experience with banner design and art working batches for multiple dimensions.
  • Knowledge of designing for social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and trends. (Reels, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with web design and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not essential.
  • A keen interest in how we can leverage AI to improve our processes.
  • Portfolio or showreel showcasing creative and design skills.
