We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to assist the Paid Media team in the production, development & day to day management in delivering improved programmatic display campaign performance against client requirements.

Based in our Leeds city centre office (hybrid and flexible working) which offers inspiring state-of-the­-art working environment and facilities, along with support and focused learning and development opportunities surrounded by a diverse, innovative, and creative bunch who love to share knowledge and skills helping to generate bold ideas that push the possibilities of the digital landscape.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Building and setting up new paid media campaigns
  • Making creative recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Optimising campaigns to agreed budgets and targets
  • Creating media plans to drive the best performance to meet client KPI’s
  • Taking a pro-active approach to learning and keeping up to date with industry news and market changes.
  • Assisting with bid and budget changes to meet client KPI’s
  • Competitor research and analysis
  • Providing regular and ad hoc reporting on all aspects of performance
  • Making recommendations on improving client performance
  • Communication with clients via phone calls and meetings
  • Ongoing testing and reporting
  • Creation of client-facing and internal reports and adding commentary and insights

 

What you need

Knowledge, technology and qualifications:

  • Experience in a digital marketing based role ideally with knowledge of Display media buying.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Email and Internet and ideally paid search platforms.
